Once we receive your request, a member of our team will confirm your appointment and service details. You’ll receive a pre-appointment checklist to help you prepare, ensuring all required documents, identification, and parties are ready.

Step 3:

Your Notary Is On the Way

At your confirmed appointment time, please ensure:

  • All signers are present with valid government-issued ID.

  • Documents are complete and ready for notarization.

  • Witnesses are on-site if required by your documents or state law.
